Crafts & Folk Art City Viljandi elects a new City Craftsman every year
The City Craftsman is a person who helps to revive the creative life in Viljandi and shapes the city's reputation as an internationally known creative city. The City Craftsman is chosen by the committee of volunteers of the Crafts & Folk Art City Viljandi committee.
